Narrative?

New to me today: At the bottom of every LT page is a Narrative: read a topic...etc. It changes every time I go to a new page. Is it a new feature? Did I hit a button untoward? Can I get rid of it? (I don't yet need a line to tell me what I just read!)

I'm trying to add new books but the Narrative message bar is blocking the Save button.
