Come in, fellow Whovians, and make yourselves at home.
As someone who works in a public library, I've known for some time that a library, no matter where it's located, is essentially a TARDIS. Innocuous on the outside, bigger on the inside, and it can take you anywhere (and anywhen) in time and space. It's a safe space. I even wear a pin in the shape of the Doctor's fabulous machine to remind myself and my patrons of this correlation when I'm on the job.
The purpose of this group is to gather lists of Whovian books...novelizations of the episodes, biographies of the show's creative talents, Big Finish works, graphic novels...you name it. We have a beautiful starting point here: Doctor Who But there are apt to be omissions. You may have favorites you want to recommend. You may even be the creator of some of these tales...if so, don't be shy, speak up!
I'll be editing this post over time, since real life waits for no one. But by all means, feel free to get the ball rolling. I don't know how long our new wilderness era will be, but our purpose here is to make sure we don't lack stories to enjoy.
