Z3950 Access PA

I recently found that I can access the "ACCESSPA" catalog online. (https://accesspa.powerlibrary.org/home?cid=accesspa&lid=accesspa)
However, I cannot access it via Z3950 software. i found some info here: (https://librarians.powerlibrary.org/accesspa/documentation). anyone with ideas?

It states quite clearly that you need a password to access it via Z39.50. I guessed that it might be duttelut but apparently it isn't :-)
So the idea would be to ask them for a password?
