A Midummer Night's Gleam

Less than half the denizens of the forest can afford coloration.

What fools these cover artists be.

I’m wondering why the guy in red is stroking with a Trojan ribbed on … is it for his pleasure? Or is his side-eye to the lady in purple a suggestion of things to … come? And is green guy just here to watch?

Is pointy-eared floating head barfing twigs and leaves all over Prince Angel Wings there? Maybe it's because Prince is looking all smug and superior; meanwhile, sister Princess is looking at him like she's thinking "Dad always did like you best. Next in line for the throne *and* angel wings...."

Prince there's wings look rather stony, though, not feathered. Probably stole them from a cemetary.

Upon further reflection, it appears that I cannot spell Midsummer. Too distracted by Onan and his royal friends, I guess.

Sean Connery crosses his arms in contempt that Onan isn’t quite as smooth as James Bond.
And did the woman who posed for the princess also pose for the sleepy-eyed woman in the nighty?

That blurb made me think, "Sprague and Fletcher libelz!"

Even before getting to the, uh, artwork. Particularly the B&W parts. Did the artist spend so much time getting Sean and the others painted correctly and all the cloth rendered that they took it from him and gave it to someone else to hastily sketch the middle part?
