We are unable to bring up GHA's tinycat. When we go to website we receive note that says access denied. Is there a problem with tinycat or a problem with our account. Please help.

We can access TC from ipads and iphones just not our library computers. I think Goodwin House network security maybe cause of issue. Not sure yet. Will get back to you.

I'm having the same issue on my computer. On my phone, I get an error about library not found/yarn rolling away.

We are looking into this now. You should have access back quickly, if not already.

We are in…thanks. Was this issue on your end?

Yes. We had dialed up some bot-catching filters on our side and they were catching some normal users. We've since dialed them back down but as we do that we get attacked more and more. So it's a game of cat and mouse with these folks.

We have data people want. And they are willing to through thousands of computers at the process at once.

I've still got this issue. I click "sign in" on librarycat.org and get a "twine under the chair" + "no library set" error message. Is this issue still being resolved or have I got something else going on? I also get an account disabled message at "https://www.librarycat.org/lib/nhollett"

>8 nhollett: Hi @nhollett, you're seeing "account disabled" because your homepage is disabled, not because of an error. You can enable your TinyCat homepage by submitting a payment for your Volunteer TinyCat account here: https://www.librarycat.org/admin/billing/setup. Please feel free to reference the Billing Help page (https://wiki.librarything.com/index.php/TinyCat:_Billing) and let me know if you have any questions about this!

The "no library set" message from the librarycat.org Sign In button is odd though, I'm not able to reproduce that on my end yet. May I ask what browser and what kind of device you're using?

The Sign In button from the brochure site should be taking you to a login page (which is what I'm seeing on Chrome, Safari, Opera, and Firefox currently) but it sounds like you're seeing a real error there. Any more info you can give me to help reproduce it will be very useful. Thanks so much for your patience!
