'Taxi to Tashkent - Two Years with the Peace Corps in Uzbekistan'. Middle aged guy joins the Peace Corps, goes to Uzbekistan, and teaches about HIV/AIDS prevention to fundamentalist Muslims. A tale about pit toilets, $2 hookers, and Ramadan.
