Great Books club in Middle School

I'm a first-year teacher for 6th, 7th, 8th grades. I have a number of students who read at the 12.9+ grade level and was wondering what I could do for them. We have Advanced Reading (AR), but they need something more.

So, does anybody have any resources on starting a Great Books club? I was very happy to participate in one during 4th grade ...
