Most bands test microphones by saying "testing ... testing". I used to say "cheese biscuits".

I thought I would share that with you ... but I'm not sharing my cheese.

I kept a cartoon for years of a photographer saying "cheese" to a bunch of birds in a park. The birds all shout out Brie! Fromage! Cheddar!

Just thought I would share, but I'm not sharing my cheese either, which happens to be Fontina this evening.
