I just saw the DVD of Francis Ford Coppola's Youth Without Youth. The credits said this movie was based on "the work of Mircea Eliade" and then at the end, "the novella by Mircea Eliade."

I wondered if anyone had read Eliade's novella (which one?) and how it compared to the movie.
