Major Benjy has just gone into the Amazon UK best-seller lists. Many thanks to everyone who has bought it already, and here's hoping the rest of you follow suit! It's available both on Amazon US and Amazon Canada as well.

My copy arrived from Amazon this morning. I'm looking forward to starting on it later today.

Amazon and I don't get along, but one of the local independent bookstores is ordering it in for me. Hopefully they will get a few extra copies to sell (hee hee, there is method in my madness).

Still waiting for my copy here (dratted amazon.co.uk!). Ordered way back in May; posted first class on the 13th - and still not here on the 19th: and I was so looking forward to reading it on my holiday, which finishes on Sunday!

My copy arrived a week or so ago and, having cleared the backlog of reading material, I am now thoroughly engrossed in it!
