This year I have read Sleepyhead, Scaredy cat, and am now on Lazybones.
Anyone here rate him ?
With Lazybones I feel a bit like I'm reading it because I've started the series- "I've started so I'll finish" ...
Any alternative recommendations ?

I just read Sleepyhead and liked it. I found him a bit like Peter Robinson, whose later books (In a Dry Season) are better than his earlier ones. Ian Rankin's Rebus is a bit like the Thorne character, although the series is set in Edinburgh rather than London.
Did any of that help?
