Protecting the Word: Bookbindings of the Morgan

The exhibit runs from December 5, 2008 through March 29, 2009.

The exhibit is described as an "extraordinary selection of rare bookbindings."

Considered one of the Morgan's strengths, is its collection of bookbindings. The collection of over 1,000 volumes showcases historic and artistic bookbindings spanning a period of over 1600 years.
