So, I just heard about this proposed/planned miniseries(?) for the BBC in 2009 which focuses on Giles. (Yay!) But, that's about all I know. Anyone have any additional information they'd like to share?

They've been working on that miniseries off and on since Season six of Buffy. I haven't heard anything new on it in a while though and the Whedon blog I subscribe to hasn't mentioned it.
The last time I had heard anything, it was doubtful as to whether we'd have access to it in the states at all, although with BBCAmerica gaining in popularity, that might have changed...if the project ever comes to fruition.

Aaah...I had a feeling that might be the case since I wasn't able to find anything recent about the project. I'll have to interrogate my friend as to where he got the information, perhaps there is still hope. :-)
