Does anyone have any ideas on finding records in the czech rep.? I know the place where they come from but not how to access any records...any ideas would be helpfull

Your local Family History Center*, run by the LDS church would be the first place to look. They will likely have access to microfilmed copies of the records from the town you are interested in. They will, of course, be in the local language.
Search for it on line or in the phone book, I have three within driving distance.
