I am a little confused about the page number. My hardback copy aligns as follows:
I-III, p. 3-102
IV-V, p. 103-246
VI-VII, P. 247-336
VII-IX, p. 337-396
X-XII, p. 397-470
XIII-VI, p. 471-521
However, the question for week 2 (p.302) occurs in part VII and the first question for week 3 (p. 227) occurs in part V. The page numbers of the quotes do match up with my copy however.

Same here. The page numbers provided don't correlate with my paperback version either, which is why I waited until I was completely finished with the book before making any comments. One of the first questions included Alex Thomas, which as tracyfox mentions, doesn't appear until later in the book.

I'm sorry, that's my fault. Most of the time, the questions I obtain for the book read are in chronological order and work well for the book.
In this case, the questions were jumbled and I couldn't figure out the order, so I'm just listing them in the order received.
