Books about/by the Egyptian Copts?

I've read online, here and there, about the Coptic Christians in Egypt, but would like to expand a bit and read some books as well. Can anyone recommend any good works (in English) on the subject? Their religious theology and practices; general history; works of fiction by Coptic authors; etc. There seem to be books aplenty about Coptic art and architecture, but not so much about Copts themselves, especially in the modern day. Thus far, I have found Coptic Life in Egypt by Claudia Yvonne Wiens and plan to acquire it soon. Any other recommendations?
