I've just started Marked, the first in the House of Night series, and I'm really enjoying it. Anyone else read any of these books?

I am in the middle of Marked. I started reading it after my 13yr old daughter read it. I am enjoying it.

13? I hit the blow job scene and started trying to figure out how I could get the book back to the library before my 16yo got ahold of it.

Which, oddly enough, makes me just like the "adults" Zoey accuses of being clueless, I guess... lol.

The clean nature of the Twilight series def does appeal to the mother in me, and appeases her desire for all things vamp.

I just finished Vampire Academy and it was terrific, the leads are not so squeaky clean and perfect as Bella and Richelle Mead portrays a more complex vampire society. Am anxiously waiting Frostbite which still have 2 reservations on it at the library .. boo!
