How did Tremere deablerize Salout? The advanced Salubrie discipline is Soul Switch. Wouldn't it make more sense that Salout stole Tremere's body and then deablerized Tremere. Rumor has it the Circle of Seven all have three eyes. Now with revised, that means each of them munched a Salubrie. Wouldn't it make more sense that they were Salubrie? Best place to hide in the world if the Tremere were hunting you. Steal the Tremere's bodies with Soul Switch and deablerize them. Identity change instant. I know that isn't how it works in published White Wolf, but from what I've heard and read, it makes a whole lot more sense.

I can answer part of that.
The Circle of Seven were already strange unembraced vampires who were created using Order of Hermes-style magick, so they would not become a member of Clan Salubri after dilaborizing him. I imagine with blood that potent you would certainly take on quite a few traits of the victim. I'm guessing from the few clues they've given us that Salubri voluntarily allowed himself to be delaboraized because he had become so jaded with the Jyhad and/or he was not as nice as legend would have you know and it was part of his elaborate plan to weather Gehenna.
