Later this year I am going to writing an article for our Master Gardener newsletter on seedsaving. I know that Seed to Seed: Seed Saving and Growing Techniques For Vegetable Gardeners is the seedsavers' Bible but it seems to be geared towards veggies only (I haven't actually read it yet, but plan to). Can anyone recommend any books on seedsaving for flowers?

Park's Success with Seeds by Ann Reilly may give you some help with flower seeds. Other books that may give you some help are Plant Propagation, Principles and Practices by Hudson T Hartmann & Dale E Kester and Saving Seeds: The Gardener's Guide to Growing and Storing Vegetable and Flower Seeds by Marc Rogers

In addition to Saving Seeds: The Gardener's Guide to Growing and Storing Vegetable and Flower Seeds , I have a brief (16 p.) pamphlet/offprint from the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden : Seed Propagation of Native California Plants by Dara Emery that gives a summary of practices and the plants that might respond best to them. The species are generally California-specific, thought the techniques aren't.
