This is silly, but I've joined so many history groups that I can't remember where a particular thread is, especially since it's been a while since anyone posted on it.
The thread topic was on visiting historical sites - possibly limited to presidential houses/libraries, but I may also be confusing it with visiting battle areas. If you could help me relocate it, it would be much appreciated.
In any case, I was going to mention that I recently had the opportunity to visit the John Adams (and John Quincy Adams... and Charles Francis Adams... and Brooks Adams) house in Quincy, MA. Was AWESOME. JQA built a beautiful separate stone library worth drooling over.
