it was great, except my brother was sick :/ otherwise it was good. i went on a couple bike rides that were like 9-10 miles each. i rode my quad on the dunes which was fun. i went to the beach a couple times. oh also i went to Hearst Castle, idk if u guys have heard of it (look it up its pretty cool), and it was amazing!

but i just found out that this guy that i've liked off and on for three yrs likes me :D im sooooo HAPPY and he asked if i'd go to homecoming in sept. : yayy!!!!!!!! (my face is beginning to hurt from smiling so much! :D)

Hi guys I'm back!

Yeah; same here. I don't get much attention from guys either. The only time I really really liked a guy and he liked me back was back in 6th grade. But he moved back to New York.But at the same time I can't stop thinking about him even though I probably will NEVER c him again.

Um, I need your advice too.

You c I'm going to a different school this fall and I went to the orientation over the weekends and saw all the other kids that went there last year. And I don't think I'm going to fit in with them.
What should I do?

well i'm shy like you but here's what i'd say. join clubs, groups, or sports. i know it sounds corny but it really helps!

for example, my freshman year was awful i just had my small group of friends from jr. high who were always busy with their activities. Sophomore yr i joined pageantry and met a bunch of girls who i still talk with even though i'm no longer in colorguard. also i joined the newspaper staff and met a whole other group of great people.

also if someone looks interesting say high maybe nothing will come about but its always nice to have aquaintences that you can smile at.

if ur in a group discussion don't be afraid to speak up, state ur opinion, or even crack a joke!

But you know after I visited the school I felt like I made the wrong decision. That I should have stayed at my old school. I mean I felt like I should have stayed with my two best friends, met one of my best friends sister, etc.....

I don't know why. It's just the new school isn't what I thought it would be.

okay i have transferd a diffrent school 2 times. Once i had to leave a group of friends that i really had a great relationship with. But when i transfered to my new school i found a group of people who were alot like me and introduced my self the worst they could do is say no

oh and there is always nice people who invite you to their group.

i start school next monday so i still have one week left.
so i quit colorguard last yr but all my close friends are still on the team. I feel very disconnected. They're always busy with practice and i'm not. & now my boyfriend who is in band can't go to homecoming becuz he has a competition so i can't go with him or my friends cuz they will all be elsewhere. and to make matters worse my parents already bought me a ticket to the dance. : (

I don't start school til the 1st so i am so uber bored
But i am doing fine the surgury went well i aparently had humongus tonsil and amnoids
don't know what amnoids are nor if i am spelling it right

oh ok have u every watched a college football game halftime? u know how the school bands perform? well the girls that dance and twirl flags around the band and make everything colorful are colorguard/tall flag/drill team/pageanty members. u can look it up on google, or go to youtube and look up Chino High colorguard or 77th Cavalry. u might be able to find something. oh or Winter Guard International has a site.

hey guys! today was my first day. You guys were right; my day wasn't as bad as I thought it would be actually it wasn't bad at all. I made some friends and couple of people from my elementary school were there too.

And I was one of the people chosen to be a pirate ghost in Algebra class. If you're wondering what a pirate ghost is; they are 2-4 people who sits at a separate table from the class. The pirate ghosts are the top people in the class.

That's good to hear Helen(about your surgery). You don't go to school til October 1st?

Guess what you guys......I went to the library last week to return some books; one of the books was missing an edge(one of the edges are torn off). And they think I'm the one who did it!! Which is crazy; when I borrowed the book it already has the edge torn off and now I won't be able to use my library card til my parents come by to the library and straighten things out. I'm so bummed.

Oh and reggie that is really really cool about everything well except the library. I wish i could use my card but it has like this humongus fine on it from like 2003! so that totally sucks!

Oh and i start school September 1st not octorber 1st i would probraly die from brodem if i waited that long. i get bored of summer like 2 weeks in!

how much is ur fine? At my library if your fine is less than 10 dollars then u can still borrow books maybe its the same with urs.

Oh my bday is on September the 2. On September 1st I have to get a physical since I signed up for track. UGH! It's bad enough I have to get two shots on my bday now I have to get another one.

omg i got 4 shots in my arms today & blood taken out! my arms hurt soooo bad.

track, oh goodness i would never survive i'm the slowest runner.

& my b-day is March 28

i had 4 shots but devided between 2 arms so yah but they hurt for a couple days. The only time i had to get blood drawen was to find out if i had something i freget what it was

My best time in track lat year for 800 meters was 4:14 so don't feel bad

the only thing i've ever been somewhat good at is dance. i did ballet for like 6 yrs when i was younger, then i did cologuard but that wasn't my thing... i'm actually thinking of trying to do ballet again but i have to find somewhere that offers abult begining ballet otherwise i'll be in a class with like ten yr olds : /

I get my shots on the same arm everytime - the left one.

I'm pretty fast. In 5th grade I got 4th place when we were running and in 6th grade I was second fastest.

I just hope my feet don't hurt so bad on tryouts day. It's been hurting since this morning because I have to do alot of walking.

One half mile in the morning and I'm not sure about the afternoon. My feet hurts. And I have to start training again. I used to do jump roping, push ups, and etc every day. Then I go out for a run in da afternoon. I have to start dat again, I wanna be in shape for tryouts.

I can't wait til Math Club/Math Team starts. Did I ever tell you guys I LOVE Math?

omg Math is my worst subject! Trig & Pre-Cal killed me last year! I'm taking Stats this yr so we shall see how i do at it.

oh. Math is my best subject and my fave.

oh my gosh we had a really really hard science quiz today and we have a writing test tomorrow. AND I have a project due Tuesday next week.

welcome back to school lol. well i wrote one of my essays that is due when i get back to school but i still have one more : /

You had to write essays during the summer? Bummer. So what were they about?

i had to read this book called the natural & do a comparison between the main character & a current sports star. and then i had to write a movie review between 300-400 words and then i had to do stuff with literary terms. oh and read sections from the king james bible so that when we read shakespeare we get references we understand them

my first day was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring! All day we stayed in one class and had to learn the washington way a new system our school had adopted. Then we also did it part of yesterday. My hand hurts from signing so many expition sheets

Today I fell a sleep in my school bus so I had to get off at the library. then take the public bus; but it was about 2 hours late!!!! So my mom was so pissed.

My friend asked me if I can help her with some cheer routine...no she's not a big fan of cheerleading but she's probably gonna try out so she asked me to help her. Since me and my friends in 4th and 5th grade used to do cheerleading stuff for fun. But I'm not so in to it anymore; too girly....no offense to any cheerleaders.

cheer, huh??? well the cheerleaders at my school are snobs and they're stupid and slutty no ofense lol.

i guess i'm slightly prejudice since cheerleaders and color guard are kinda enemies at school. of course there are always exceptions...

that's the way most cheerleaders are and no offense!!!

Yeah. I USED to. But I thought it's too girly girl for me. And yeah I met some of the cheerleaders at school they are such snobs; although not all of them are bad. There's this girl in my Spanish class who's a cheerleader and she's amazingly friendly.

I'm in a kinda fight with one of my friends cuz she's like judging people. Like on friday she was talking about this guy in our gym class who she said is a nerd just because he's wearing glasses. She keep mentioning nerds..nerds...nerds....nerds......
It get's on my nerves; I mean she's not one of those mean girls but sometimes she doesn't watch what she's saying.

Maybe that's why when I'm hanging with her I'm usually quiet but when I'm hanging out with my friends from my ADV classes I'm always talking and smiling. I told her that I treat all my friends equally but in this case I like my friends from my ADV classes than her.

Not to be mean.........

my friend Tara was like that for a while until i told her to please don't make those kinds of comments in front of me. if ur friends still does it, stop hanging out with her as much and if she's asks why tell her the truth, that her nasty comment bring you down and that u prefer to hangout with happier ppl.

I know. Like a few days ago when we were in the gym waiting to be dismissed to our homeroom class she was asking people around us this dumb question and if they don't know what the answer is they're nerds. She asked me the question and my answer was right so she was like: "See? She's not a Nerd" And then she asked me if I was a nerd and I felt a little uncomfortable because I guess I can be a nerd.

Actually when I was in 5th grade I was making straight A's, the captain of safety patrol, and etc. So my archenemy who is the lieutenant of the safety patrol calls me a nerd as much as he can.That's why I was so glad summer was coming so I can get away from him; but it wasn't over......he came to my middle school a few months after school started. At first he was all nice so I thought he's changed it might actually be possible for us to be friends. But then he returned to his mean self again; and the worst part was before he started being mean again he asked out one of my best friends!!!

He was the worst!!

Anyway....I talked to my friend over the weekends and I can tell she's trying to change.
We'll see how far our friendship goes if she keeps this up.

personally if someone calls me a nerd, i say thank you very much i am. particuarly a Harry Potter nerd, haha I'd much rather be a nerd than something i'm not!

if some one calls me a nerd i just say
hey at least i'll be going to medical school someday. and your going to be sitting on your but with a job that makes you say: you want fries with that.

LMBO!!! You guys are funny! Yeah it gets on my nerves when people calls me names but I'm kinda used to it.

Today in spanish,; it happened again. By one of the 3 musketeers or should I say 3.........how can I say this nicely the word starts with a B.
The 3 of them are all in my gym class and one of them kicked a soccer ball heading straight at me.
I was about to tell her off but I didn't wanna start anything.

So how is school going for you guys?

mmm good. i like my psych class and theater is actually pretty fun. Government is alright. i like english but the teacher gets annoying. and Stats is interesting but its 6th period so it makes me sleepy and then i have a free 7th so that cool.

I'm taking classes at the Community College this year.
I love my English Comp class! My teacher's an ex-hippi and is way cool. LOL
My Contemporary World History Class is ok but the teacher is weird...she reminds me of the live action Grinch (she sounds like Jim carey!)
And my College Algebra class is good, it's ALL review but I have to take it.

I'm homeschooled too but I'm not doing much at home besides homework and chemistry anymore.

Is this your senior year? All public schools is Colorado let you take PSEO classes (PAID FOR!) at community colleges. I think most states have similar programs. Talk to your highschool counselor about next semester. It's sooooo worth it!

yes i'm a senior this yr. and classes are free for high school students at community college the only problem is getting credits transfered over for the high school diploma some classes don't translate to high school they only transfer to four-yr colleges.

Ah, I see. It can get really complicated sometimes...I'm so glad I have my mom acting like a counselor, I just show up for classes, I'd be SO utterly confused on my own!

oh i know its super confusing. at my high school i have an awesome counselor who gets me the classes i want. she's the best, literaly. most gets have to demand certain classes but with mine i just tell her what i would like and she gets it done.
