The mandala is one of most important symbols in Himalayan Buddhism. Theses complex artistic creations represent an aid for meditation meant to help practitioners attain a state of enlightenment. This exhibit explores the various manifestations of these objects, their symbolism, how they fulfill their intended function, and their correlation to our physical reality.
