Over in the Green Dragon there is a thread with lots of folks interested in finding a recipe for lasagna soup; and they are substituting cottage cheese for the ricotta or maybe even tofu! Do any of you know of a cookbook with a good lasagna soup; or do you have a recipe you are willing to share?
