Clifton Fadiman's original book and revisions, cover a lot of the same titles as those of Susan Wise-Bauer's work. I've been working on The New Lifetime Reading Plan for a few years now. I'd be interested in hearing from others who are doing the same, and from those who would like to compare the two "canons", and from those who are reading great, classic titles not found in The Well-Educated Mind.

I've just ordered it from Amazon. I have the old one and just found out about the new one, I heard it has some Asian selections in it which I am very interested in, I feel it will round out my reading a bit more. I blog about it if you're interested http://autodidact-101.blogspot.com
