This is my first time in the 75 book challenge, it'll be fun! My reading was kind of sporadic last year, so I hope this list will help me do better this year. I have a few books to start with, from there I'm just going to see where the year takes me. I plan to do the group reads of Moby Dick and The Plague. I'm not a particularly sophisticated reader, but I do like to discuss reads if anyone is interested, and I always love good recommendations! Good reading!
I'll fill in the list as the year goes on:

Hi keda - Welcome to the group. I'll be doing the group read for The Plague as well.

Nils, welcome and well met. This is a really, really chatty bunch in this forum, and lots of thread-hopping goes on. It's a lot of fun, if you're inclined to be sociable on the Web.
May I suggest looking for a group called Science Fiction Fans? There are a lot of really well-informed folks there, all very interested in SF, and usually some very fun books being read.
Groups in general are pretty much the point of the site for many of us. Look at the chat statistics for this group! A few hundred members, over a thousand message posts...yowza.
Drop by my thread any time, there's usually someone around to talk to even when I'm not there.
What a difference half a century makes!
