Slightly off topic, as it has to do with printed books from the 16th century onward:
Google and the Austrian national Library have announced a project to digitalize thousands of early books from the OeNB's collection. Google will do the work and pay all the costs, and the resulting files will be available both on the Google and OeNB sites starting in 2011. The books they were showing on the news tonight were quite interesting looking.
