The Michael Moorcock work http://www.librarything.com/work/8639896/editions Elric:the Stealer of Souls has a strange habit of collecting other works, for no apparent reason. I've separated out quite a few of these over the last while. Since I looked yesterday, two new works have appeared, so I've decided to keep a list of works, in case there is any pattern to be seen. Today's haul:
Filón de Alejandría y la génesis de la cultura occidental / José Pablo Martín (ISBN 9501403262) (1 copy separate)
L'Homme immortel / Nothomb (ISBN 2226018484) (1 copy separate)

edited to add:
Both show up as zero-copy works after separation:

Today on Search Results page for "Randall", I found Essai d'une histoire raisonnée de la philosophie païenne, tome 2 by Adams, Randall.
# Essai d'une histoire raisonnée de la philosophie païenne, tome 2 by Adams, Randall (1284 copies) — matched on Elric: The Stealer of Souls (Chronicles of the Last Emperor of Melniboné, Vol. 1)

This title does not show on the editions page of the Stealer, neither on Moorcock's author combine/separate page. Randall Adams was shown as being combined with Moorcock. The name, naturally, does not show up on Moorcock's author page, and probably is not the Randall Adams of "Randall v. Texas".

The Essai is by Alexandre Kojeve, who is not listed as a Moorcock alias, either. On Search for the Essai, the author shows now as Moorcock! There is a correct result on the search as well, however.

Odd-ish. Was unable to detach the work, since it doesn't show up in wrong places, except on the search result.

Looking at the edition page for Elric, it strikes me that there are no single copies of any line but lots of two copy lines. I have noticed elsewhere that editing a single copy will leave a two copy line - one real copy and one zero copy. I fear the doppelgangers are taking over the world ;-)

This title does not show on the editions page of the Stealer, neither on Moorcock's author combine/separate page.

Because of caching, search results often show combinations that have since been separated. I have no idea how long it takes to clear the cache, but that edition of the Essai could have been separated days (or weeks?) ago.

Checking today, I found
La Découverte de l'esprit / Bruno Snell (ISBN 2905372966) (2 copies separate)
which I've separated out and which is now at http://www.librarything.com/work/10366333

A non-rescue, at least for me, I'm afraid. A search for a hardcore crime/detective novel:

returned

Naturally, this does not show on Elric's editions page. Neither does it seem to fit de Oliveira's other works; anyway, he is not indicated to be combined to Moorcock.

In addition reviews on Elric indicate at least one surfing book.

Several of the books in this catalog are inexplicably combined with Elric, Stealer of Souls, despite the fact that they have complete author, title, isbn, information, and information that bears no relationship to Elric:
http://www.librarything.com/catalog/alenaroo/yourlibrary

Check out one of the column views that contains Work Title vs. one of the views that contains book title.

That includes all of these books, none of which are visible on the editions page of Elric:

Now that is seriously weird!

One of my column views has book title and series CK, and those anomalies show up with a Melniboné series label, which makes them easy to spot. Checking the libraries of the members who are mysteriously listed as owning lots of copies of the the Stealer of Souls, mccastro has a huge number of other titles which are combined with it while not showing up on the editions page:
http://www.librarything.com/catalog/mccastro/yourlibrary (It could be a hundred or more!)

Interestingly, one of the first covers I see is that of Deleuze, one of the titles I mentioned separating in #9. Maybe it's corrupt data in these few libraries that is sucking in the other copies that show as actual editions.

Furthermore, ari.joki's example in #2, which showed up in a search as Essai d'une histoire raisonnée de la philosophie païenne, tome 2 by Adams, Randall (1284 copies) — matched on Elric: The Stealer of Souls (Chronicles of the Last Emperor of Melniboné, Vol. 1), is present in mccastro's library
http://www.librarything.com/work/8639896/editions/60613415

edited to add: ari.joki's example in #8 is probably due to another anomalous library, that of booklovingmama:
http://www.librarything.com/work/8639896/editions/60605901

and the Weaver's Companion of #6 is probably due to crumpart's library:
