Paper Engineering: Fold, Pull, Pop & Turn

Smithsonian Libraries Exhibition Gallery
Smithsonian National Museum of American History
Washington, D. C.

This exhibit will feature movable, pop-up, folding and multiple-construction books from the year 1570 to the present day. Diverse works from children's pop-up books, anatomical and astronomical works and the creations of current-day paper engineers will be on display. The exhibit will also explore how these works were constructed.
