Readable look at de Gaulle. A lot of material is presented and there are some slow periods. A good, accurate look at an odd figure of the 20th century.
Good readable account of de Gaulle's life that only sags in the period after the war until his return to power. However, with so many other characters you can easily get lost with all the names and parties.
