Halfway through this book but posting review while I test out library thing.

Author provides a good framework to ensure you are considering the motives of the person you are negotiating with. I like his embracement of the non-ratinonal aspects of negotiateion but am troubled by his amorality when itcomrstoapplying the techniques he shows.

Not yet clear to me that I will negotiate better after reading this book than before, but should finish book before making that call. ( )
