A sweet, endearing tale of the Christmas spirit, God's love, forgiveness, and romance. ( ) Heartwarming, sweet Christmas Story with a touch of magic. One day, Cora and (her boss’ boss) Simon wind up at the same quirky little book store. Each goes home with a book and a ticket to a mysterious ball. These two have worked together for five years but barely know each other. The matchmakers at the bookstore have big plans for them. I loved the completely adorable Street with the bookstore, everything seemed to be magical. The characters were both likable. Sometimes Simon came off a bit judgmental in my opinion. But they both always meant well and Simon couldn’t have been sweeter with his sister. This also had a religious element. I hope that’s not a spoiler. It was an interesting twist yet also quite fitting in a Christmas book. no reviews | add a review
