Going back thousands of years in Yugioh's memories to change fate. A bunch of old world style duels with stone tablets, sucked really. One final duel between Yugioh and Yugi to send Yugioh [the pharaoh] peacefully to the afterlife." The ubiquitous Yu-Gi-Oh! name appears in another series in the form of Millennium World. Written and animated by Kazuki Takahashi, the Millennium series revolves around protagonist, Yugi, unlocking the memories to his past life as an Egyptian pharaoh. As in all Yu-Gi-Oh! stories, Yugi and his friends battle great forces of evil. Boys who need a little encouragement to get into reading will love the action, danger, and detailed drawings. Readers will also enjoy following the characters throughout the numerous books in the series. Fortunately for teachers and parents, the Millennium series does not have the focus of events dictated by the characters playing the popular card game (as does the GX series). no reviews | add a review
Yugi has gathered all the Egyptian God Cards, and with the Millennium Eye he is now able to unlock his memories of his past life as an Egyptian pharaoh and travel back in time to battle his enemies of the past. No library descriptions found. |
