This book goes in to detail of every fossil imaginable and the history behind their discovery. This book can be used partnered with a text book to elaborate and build interest in fossils and their origins in a Science classroom. ( )

This book is very thorough. I would use this with older kids. There's probably not much you'd want to know about fossils not in this book. ( )

Eyewitness books are accessible identification books for all ages. Younger children can look at the pictures, using the pictures to evaluate the information. Older children will be able to read the facts and information while understanding the history of the fossils. It gives a wide variety of the different types of information that can be given about this topic, and Eyewitness books have a large number of different topics for students to chose from. ( )
