This book should have been called "Whining About Losing", because that's how it comes off. Redefining the art of splitting hairs, this short book really has nothing new to say about the Kitzmiller vs. Dover Area School District trial. The Discovery Institute was really in a lose, lose situation here, because they didn't want this trial. Nevertheless, they hung around the fringes through to the end and it's clear that they take this as a personal defeat, and something they wish had never happened.
Sour grapes all around. ( )
