As a lover of teddy bears, I found the stories and illustrations a delight. Some may think that they are stories for children only but I do believe that they are stories for the child in all of us. I plan on reading these again to my granddaughter.
I didn’t discover these books until I was an adult, but then I was hooked. Paddington is a delightful Bear who unintentionally causes a wide variety of mishaps.
Cherry-picks the best of Bond's stories, and includes Peggy Fortnum illustrations in colour. Absolutely charming.
