I'd probably give all the Green books so far 3.5 stars, but I rounded up because I really enjoy the characters and Lois's journey of faith. Christie's writing grows stronger with each book, and I'm more looking forward to the continuation of her recent Trumpet and Vine series. But, I'm enjoying "visiting" Green and reading about characters with integrity and a sense of community that is tested in compelling ways. ( )

Spoilers. This one is about the tornados that hit right when the main character is getting married, and the way the town recovers, and the main characters recover; and grieve; and learn.
