This is one of my favorite cookbooks. It is hyperlocal with the recipes organized by season highlighting ingredients in-season in Maine. The Tuna Noodle Casserole is a revelation -- seriously.
I receive cookbooks as gifts as a tradition and this one is my favorite of the year. Simple, local focused, and already made a recipe!
