A lot of depth packed into 8 short lessons. It's well worth the 45 minutes it takes to read it. My favorite point wasn't itself one of the lessons but that the first step to becoming extraordinary is to stop being ordinary.
A fast read containing good, solid wisdom that will benefit anyone in a supervisory or management position.
A leadership/management fable, similar in style to FISH! Practical tips in leading your team.
