The author, Gene Getz, relates each aspect of 1 Timothy 3:2 to what men should reflect in each of their lives. It is chocked full of Biblical principles and words of encouragement and wisdom from this Godly speaker and author. Highly recommend.

In his letters to Timothy and Titus, Paul spells out in detail the qualifications for men who serve as leaders in the church. Gene A. Getz is pastor emeritus at Chase Oaks Church in Plano, Texas, and director of the Center for Church Renewal. He is the author of more than sixty books and has taught at Moody Bible Institute and Dallas Theological Seminary. Gene launched the Fellowship Bible Church movement in 1972. He is the author/editor of the Life Essentials study show more Bible and airs a two minute daily "Principle to Live By" on numerous radio stations.
