I have read a few of Sharon Sala's books and have liked each of them so far. She writes characters that often come with a bit of an edge that makes them more interesting, if not quite wholly believable. I enjoyed the mystery here, as usual, and the emotion as well. It is an enjoyable read with enough mystery, romance, and action to keep one engaged.

Miss Sala has done it again. Even though I am not a fan of suspense or mystery novels, "Dark Water" drew me in. I found the story to be entertaining, well thought out, with in depth characters that are realistic.
The plot of the story followed a predictable pattern but still managed to keep you guessing as to who would be the devil in the end. You will root for the heroine, Sarah Whitman. You will desire her hero, Tony "Silk" DeMarco, and you will fall in love with Aunt Lorette. Pick this one up on your next trip to the library. You will not regret it.
