Summary: the book is filled with stories of how a variety of pets survived the impossible.
Personal Response: some of the tales are very amazing; some seemed similar to another tale. I got bored with a few stories but most were amazing. A few were a little Pet Cemetery-ish. There were themes of perseverance, compassion, disabilities & death.
Curriculum Connection: nonfiction, animals, perseverance ( )
