Derek Fallon gets the opportunity of a lifetime―to be a stunt boy in a major movie featuring a pretty teen starlet. After accepting the job he learns that he is the star's stunt double and must wear a wig! His friends are never going to let him live this down. If that weren't his only problem, his parents are threatening to give away his pet monkey, and his best friend just posted an embarrassing video of him on Youtube. Can life get any worse? Still the irrepressible Derek takes it all in stride and even manages to save the day.

This book didn't do it for me. I'll wait until I get opinions from kids and see if that changes my mind. ( )

Derek does not like to read but makes it easier on himself to make drawings of the more difficult words and that is how this book is illustrated. He would rather play with his adopted monkey than clean his diaper but when he is offered to do some stunts in a movie, he is willing to sign a contract to do all those things and more. Will he loose his best friend Matt because of the movie business? ( )

this book is nothing about a stuntboy i would not recommend this book to anyone.
