I bought the original edition of both volumes of this book with solutions a decade ago and it has been used for countless hours by my daughter and many other students to whom we've loaned it (many of whom wound up buying their own copies.)

With all the loaning out we've done, they've gotten a bit battered, and we've now gone through multiple copies of these books, but they've been extremely worthwhile investments for the students who've used them. . A student could profitably spend several hours working on the problems from a single page of this books. These books come out to pennies per student hour of use.

In my opinion, every public library and every middle and high school library should have at least one set of these books! ( )
