Cora Taylor was born in Canada, where she earned a B. A. in creative writing and voice, and an M. A. in teaching. Taylor was an editor of the Canadian Children's Book News as well as a writer and artist-in-residence at various institutions. Taylor has been published in Chatelaine, Canadian Living, and the Edmonton Journal. Her works have been show more broadcasted on the CBC's Alberta Anthology and Booktime.
