This is an idea book with a multitude of experiments in color and weaving texture. The drafts are in liftplan mode, many are plain weave, but there is also a fair representation of twills. One of the features of this text is that the author uses unusual materials and a variety of techniques to achieve unique textiles. There are some examples of fabrics that might not be functional or durable; examples of chenille with floats too long or one sided fabric that would have to be lined.

All in all a fun book to inspire you to step out of comfortable habits and explore the unknown.
