Ruby tells Max that Santa is coming on Christmas Eve, and Max has questions and a little reconnaissance to perform.
This cute little tale has been charming my daughter and me since she was two and has been frequently re-read over the decades.

I love the Max and Ruby books and shows! They're great and the kids like them too! Great story for around December.
This story is about Christmas Eve in a house with two bunnies called Ruby and Max. Ruby was preparing Max for bed before Christmas Day while telling him what Christmas Eve was. Max could hardly wait for Christmas Day, so he went downstairs when Santa Claus was there in his living room. Ruby ended up seeing Max with presents under his covers from Santa Claus. I think this story is a fun story for kids to read because of its illustrations and its plot.
Another great Max and Ruby story. A great book to use around the holiday season and to use as a read aloud. It is another story of the importance of siblings and family.
The Max and Ruby collection are good for struggling readers. Max is very curious about Christmas but Ruby tries to leave it a mystery. His curiosity got the best of him on Christmas Eve and Max decided to stay up all night to wait and see Santa Claus although Ruby said nobody can ever see him. When Max's eyes were about to close, Santa came down the chimney. Santa tucked Max into bed leaving him with all the presents. When Ruby woke up to see Max downstairs, she was very surprised and a little confused to what had happened.
This is the story of a boy named Max who just has to see Santa Claur when he comes down the chimney. Despite what his sister Ruby tells him he sneaks downstairs and talks to Santa. When Ruby finds him he has all the presents under a blanket and is sleeping.
