Moses Lake is an actual Texas lake! This entire series was great, well performed, intriging, especially when I discovered that a Moses Lake actually exiata in Texas. By the time I finished the series, I believed all the places were real. Highly recommrnded.

FROM PUBLISHER: Publisher's Summary
Award-winning, best-selling crossover author Lisa Wingate pens inspirational Southern fiction that tugs at the heartstrings. Blue Moon Bay takes Seattle architect Heather Hampton to quiet Moses Lake, Texas, where a promotion at her firm hinges on the sale of family farmland for a proposed industrial plant. Her plans hit a few snags thanks to her quirky family and a handsome banker opposing the land deal. It soon becomes clear that providence has other ideas for her future, and maybe this small town is the place where all her dreams could come true. ( )

Can easily be read as a stand alone story, though it is in a series about folks at Moses Lake. Good mystery going on in this story. ( )

What if everything is different than you think it is? Heather had happy times visiting Moses Lake with her father, but when she had to live there everything went wrong. That's why she begrudgingly went back when her family was supposed to sell their land, but were dragging their feet. When she finds the answers, it goes against what she wants as an architect. This book moves at a good pace and is a nice quick read. ( )

Blue Moon Bay by Lisa Wingate
Moses Lakes, TX, Heather returns to her hometown, she's lived in the big cities as an architect.
She hopes to get her mother and uncles to sign off on the property but when she arrives she wonders who is the crook here, her relatives or her once boyfriend who is the banker, Blaine Underwood. She learns so much about her father's death and that leads to more questions.
Just when she gets answers more questions arise. When you think you know who is the culprit there are more surprises.
I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device). ( )
