This book presents a view of what life was like in the U.S. around 1900. Using photographs from that time, a visual history is given of the daily life of the time, within the family and out in the larger community. Some of the pictures are of ordinary people who could be your own ancestors, or of Main Streets that could have been in your own home town. Others are of historical events of the time. All of the photos are fascinating to look through, just as if they were in one of my own old picture albums.
