Great story! Love Silver and all of the supporting characters! I am surprised by Adam's reaction to an announcement or rather lack of reaction...makes me wonder about his secrets. The plot & storyline are both well written and the introduction of a new leading character is phenomenal. Highly recommend the series. ( )

The writing was a little choppy in the first book, but I didn't notice that here at all. Silver is relatable and doesn't act like so many heroines that are ditzy and TSTL. And I have fallen in love with all of the male characters even though I am surprised by the developing romance. ( )

Twist picks up shortly after the end of the story in Sterling (Mageri#1). Silver is still the wonderful and strong female protagonist I loved in book one, and she continues to learn how to take care of herself, fight, and use her new powers under Justus' guard. She also continues to be strong-minded and fiercely loyal to those she feels close to. The scenes with Silver and Simon in them are simply hilarious! He is a riot, and I love the way he has game nights with Silver twice per week, both to get her out of Justus' underground house, and to keep himself entertained.

Still coming to terms with her new life as a Mage, it isn’t long after the confrontation with her maker that Silver (Zoe) finds herself in grave danger again. With her best friend Sunny back in her life and Logan, a Chitah and known mortal enemy to Mage, by her side, Silver is more determined than ever to find and destroy the benefactor behind her transformation. Twist is a GraveTells Must-Read!
