This book is one of my all-time favorite pick-me-ups! In the depths of an Ohio winter when I am tired of slogging around in mittens and boots and thermal underwear, I can flip through this book and find some little reminder of things that make me feel pretty. Okay, it's a bit over the top, but I seriously doubt anyone is likely to follow it word for word. And sometimes, ladies, it really is all about the fabulous shoes, no matter how uncomfortable they are!
This is a fun little book on how to be a fabulous, larger than life, bombshell. By bombshell they mean someone who is confident in herself, and her style, regardless of what fashion dictates. I really adored this book and the illustrations are incredibly charming.
I liked this book but it left me thinking...Hey! I could NEVER be a bombshell. The illustrations were fantastic and wished there could have been more
Always a good time. It gives me a great pick-me-up when I'm feeling too much like a frumpy librarian.
I love this book. I got to read about some of my favorite glamour-girls and maintain a Bridget Bardot mane. And don't get me started on the 'cooking' section.

This book is amazing. It helped me unleash my sparkle. Every girl should read it.
Sort of a life philosophy. I quote Auntie Mame, "Life is a feast and some poor suckers are starving to death."
